1. Buzz and it's effectiveness: was hopeful, but the short remarkable improvement in week one was short lived. I use it everyday at least twice a day for 20+ minutes each session. Nearing 30 days. 2. The app: A lot of improvements needed. Prompts you to rate your tinnitus only upon starting the session. Can't rate when you want and the notes go into the ether. 3. The website: Can't log in to my account to see what's there. Total time, daily notes? 4. Instructions: pretty much none. Confusing.

Good app, and it works. When I first uploaded this app last month June 2022, it had the sounds that went from "low to high, high to low, and repeated. This helped my tinnitus the most. But one day, the app required me to use the "match my tinniutus" settings. The steady high pitch is not as effective. If possible, I would like the original low~to~high pitch setting back.

I've had tinnitus for 9 years as the result of cochlear damage, and due to a recent trauma, my tinnitus became louder and more intrusive than ever. I honestly didn't think anything was going to help me, but this did. Temper your expectations, because this won't make your sound totally disappear, and I still have bad days, but I at least have good ones too now. Even the slightest improvment is priceless when you suffer with tinnitus, so don't expect the world, but at least give this a shot.

The speech clarity mode is extremely vague about how it works/if it does anything. It does not vibrate when it should unless directly facing the noise. All vibrations feel the same. The Tinnitus program helped very slightly for a couple days until they removed it and added a 'match your tinnitus' mode that plays a short pattern of high pitched beeps, set so that turning off volume doesn't stop the vibrations. The beeps make Tinnitus worse and might do nothing if your ear can't hear them.

Generally very good. The IT dept. is responsive to disclosed problem of an individual. The wristband sensor device alerts the wearer to speech/sounds so your brain makes the connection... The WB is far better than plugs in the ear! A bystander might think you're wearing a Fit Bit, not a hearing aid device 🙂 Try it for yourself!
