Despite making the same app each year for a decade with more or less the same functionality, this app still suffers from major usability issues. Viewing a box score for a game is borderline unusable and makes me wonder if the developers actually tested this with something besides a mouse pointer on a monitor. The 'Games' tab only shows the scores of 3 games on my phone, with 40% of the screen taken up by too much negative space at the top and ads on the bottom. Overall decent intern project.

I have been a league pass subscriber for years. The app provides the poorest experience of sports watching among all the streaming services that I have used. The main issue that continues to recur every season is that the app does not recognize a legitimate sign in of my season pass time and time again. NBA, fix the app! You will lose your subscriber base with these issues. It happens every year. Fix it. I've worked with customer service so many times. My conclusion is that the app is flawed.

This app is terrible. League pass is $20 a month. Every single game I try to watch skips, stutters, or outright crashes. When it does run, it is typically in extremely bad quality, like 144p, even on previously broadcast games. A lot of the previous broadcasts are very poorly edited as well, with terrible transitions and cuts in the footage. Tech support gives generic clear cache/reinstall suggestions, which does not fix the issues on my laptop, PC, or two different phones. Just awful.

I have been using this app for years now, and their have been just a couple of issues during that time. Most recently is the fact that it continues to freeze up, or out of nowhere starts over in the middle of what usually is me doing something useful, and constructive on the app which is frustrating to say the least. Now when trying to retrieve the Transaction area of the app it will not even load up at all. And the updates so far have not helped.??

I have changed my review from 5 stars to 2 because as a paid subscriber I should get all of my games (except those with blackout restrictions). Tonight I received an oops error until about 2 minutes left in the first quarter of the Mavs/ Twolves game (biggest game of the year for me). I have several friends and family here just to watch this game. After halftime the same oops error appeared and we haven't been able to watch the second half!! For damn sure not happy about this!!

I paid just because I wanted to watch heat games. I was able to for some time but I think a local station started showing the games this month therefore I was not able to watch them with my subscription suddenly. I didn't care to watch any of the other teams. Couldn't get a refund. Also big games are usually on TNT or ESPN/ABC. Those aren't available with my subscription either. It's good for some people but they should include all the limitations on their advertising.
