Feel like I'm ready for colder winter.. setting up the wifi connection was not easy, but it works well with Android. And really appreciate for kind customer service.

The app fails to connect to the device

I was able to find the device network house wifi set up page. However, after clicking the next button, device registation page didn't pop up and kept returning to the first page -connect products. The weird thing is the mobile app returned back to the the beginning but the machine announced that it's connected... I even tried to sign up first from Navien official website to see if I could login and then link it. NOPE. The website login information is different from the mobile one. Frustrated.

Unable to register the device using the Android app. I was able to register successfully using the iPhone app and was then able to use the same credentials to control the device on Android. This should not be necessary.

It is not working at all. It is not allow me go to next step even my phone and Mate connected. > can't register my machine. Need to update the app.

App doesn't work at all. I've tried multiple times to connect this app to my water mat and after the wifi connects, it keeps going back to the wifi setup screen.
