La idea de la aplicación es buena, sin embargo, los filtros del buscador no funcionan (o por lo menos para mí no). Para el nuevo usuario, difícil es armar un criterio, fundamentado en el análisis comparativo. Ejecutado lo anterior de manera correcta, una herramienta muy efectiva podría ser esta app para los inversores e interesados en arrendar.

Functions, but need some work. For example, some of the widgets are hard to manipulate and the map move around for some reason, also the filtering functions don't work.

Muy bueno el diseño, es fácil de entender. Sin embargo, el filtro de metraje no funciona y tampoco prioriza correctamente al aplicarle un sort. Deberían añadir otras opciones de sort como precio/metraje.
