I think others r ovr critical, you need 2 KNOW how many spots r open then use the nfo given, call them an find out...there is no POSSIBLE way for producers of an app to KNOW this with trucks comin an going around the clock. I mean c'mon guys...it common sense time! The app is awsome so far for me...only giving 3 stars for now due to being new...we'll see wat developes later....

The Truckers Path app is MUCH better. If you want this app to actually work, allow REAL truckers to input actual parking. Why? The truck stops could care less, all most want is your money and to get out! It'd be nice if this app worked... but to depend solely on truck stops to input your info... sorry, it'll never happen...

About this app

Park My Truck is a free mobile app developed to help truck drivers locate an available truck parking space.

Park My Truck helps professional drivers identify available parking no matter where they are in the United States and allows any parking provider to share their parking availability for free through the app.

Please note that in order for the app to work, the user must give the app permission to use their location.

Parking availability in the app is reported every two hours by participating parking providers. If the parking availability has not been reported for more than two hours, the available parking will be noted as N/A.

Park My Truck was developed by the Truck Parking Leadership Initiative, comprised of the NATSO Foundation, NATSO, the American Trucking Associations and the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI), based on feedback from professional drivers and trucking companies who describe truck parking availability as a critical need.
