Before the update, this was so good and i could rely on it every time. Since this update in June, this app is dire. Linked to Google maps, has no alternative routes, takes ages, wont load routes half the time. Seriously, who thought this was a good idea??? Get back to old app please. Garbage.

Absolutely sick to the back teeth with this piece of garbage app. The live times are FAKE! I watched the bus on the LIVE tracking map and it shows that the bus drove past the stop when it hadn't! 5 mins later the bus still hadn't come but continued the journey past the stop on the tracking map, so i walked away from the stop and 30 seconds later the bus come's and speeds straight past the stop! So this app actually made me miss the bus!!!!!!!!!

this app gives you false bus times, misses out buses that are due and will even track buses that are not in service. ita made me late for work a bunch of times and its infuriating. Dont even bother with it

very slow compared to their last app! also can not use without camara on.

Your 7 buses do no shows when says due and it comes after 35 mins and 2 buses come at same time. Let national express know that thousands of ppl hate the 7 service. You need to buy more 7 buses if u cant even turn up on the alloted time on this app.
