I've been using this app for a few weeks now and only recently on a more regular basis. I went from 1 min max to now 2 minutes! it definitely does work if you get the proper breathing technique down!

A simple and economic app, does exactly what I want it to and doesn't take as much space as apps with similar functions. If you're trying to increase your breath holds, this is a great app to do it with.
