The Apps finally works well now however getting you range connected to the WiFi can prove challenging. The app has come a long way since it was released and gotten much better and faster.

doesn't store my username and password properly, or alow access to google keychains. huge pain to keep entering password and user name all the time, especially every time the app updates itself

Trying to coneect the range. Asks me address wont let select state, can't even move forward. Really frustrated.

The app is terrible. Took me weeks (and multiple calls to support) to connect when we bought the range. Then after the first oven software update, it would not connect anymore. The range is connected to wifi and to the internet, responds when pinged through its IP address, I can even turn the light in remotely. But that's it, nothing else works on the app, which keeps telling me to enable remote control. What a waste of time (the range itself, on the other hand, is a beauty)

The app needs to include the ability to cancel a cooking cycle. If you can start a cook cycle using the app you need to be able to cancel it. And stop following up with a BS response to contact you. Just address the comments on what you are doing to fix the issue. Why ask a user to take more time to call you? Address the problems!
