Works well on both my galaxy s7 and my pixel 4xl once I upgraded my phone. Easily gives me information on where my faulted zones are and easy to arm/disarm on a daily basis from anywhere.

terrible performance. only works on landscape, have to enter code everytime, beeps until alarm is armed and app cannot be reduced or run in the background until alarm sequence is complete. It hijacks your phone. If I hadnt just spent a bunch of money updating the transceiver I would go back to the old app. My suggestion: Don't upgrade until they get these issues fixed. I'll let you know.

The app is slow to connect. Can't rename the ABCD keys on the app so that you don't risk pushing the wrong one which is a big deal if one of them is programmed as a panic button. This is supposed to be a whole house automation tool, but it's so clunky I can't imagine anyone wanting to use it this way. Trying to figure out how to program it to email alerts has been impossible for me. The only thing I can get it to do is arm and disarm the alarm system. Also, I don't think it's even being supported anymore as there is no response to emails and I haven't seen any updates.

App works phenomenally. Can arm/ disarm my security system from anywhere. Allows me to look at my cameras and video doorbell. It also texts my phone anytime someone opens my gun safe! I'm an installer and have put this app on over 100 phones iphones and androids and haven't had one complaint from any customer. There is input lag. But what do you expect with anything that runs over a wireless network.

Latest update requiring GPS location hangs the app if location services aren't on (pixel 3). Not sure what the need is for the new requirement, but the app shouldn't hang the phone if they are not enabled.

Crashes before you can even add a user. Open settings immediately crash! Im an installer what am I supposed to tell my customer? Sorry its doesn't work. Tech support hasn't been any help. If it won't work on my s8 work phone how do I sell the product to customers? It doesn't even work for me the dealer.
