Some details miss leading, the coupon said is for delivery/self collect, we order as self collect as the app do not allow delivery to our location. But when adding the coupon, it do not allow me to select and error msg say the coupon is not available for delivery. Don't make sense.

Transaction could not go through several times and had to add items back to cart painstakingly because this app does not save what's in the cart. Ala carte prices also do not automatically be deducted in cart despite add-ons being cheaper. Delivery status is also not updated correctly had to keep calling the branch for update, even the branch was displayed wrongly.

Delivery tracking map doesn't work properly. It stops after 10mins of your order saying enjoy your meal. The map does not load after that message. And after 30mins my food arrived. Lol

The delivery is on time but is an MAJOR letdown for Hari Raya Puasa surprise gift. the pizzas delivered are soft, lukewarm and cheese hardened, pretty much microwave RE-heated quality, even the boxes are soft and distorted from the moisture in the plastic bag... no rain no heat insulator box... this is such a disappointing 2021 Hari Raya Puasa experience for my whole family. we simply discard Pizza Hut unfresh pizzas and microwave NTUC frozen pizzas that tasted better :^(

I have to concur with the earlier reviewer Jessie Bessie. The food delivery is all cold to lukewarm. The nacho cheese smelled off. The nasi lemak pizza smelled as it it was baked in a burnt plastic container. Totally spoiled my family Saturday dinner. I never had something this terrible from my past experience with pizzahut. Hope to see a quantum improvement soonest. Thank you.

The time the app to advise to collect is very inaccurate. It takes me another 15 minutes until the actual order is ready to pick up
