App is incredibly unresponsive and slow. App constantly fails payment via credit card or paylah and many times even fail to connect to the payment gateway and will be stuck on the "please wait" page for a long time. App also fails to handle payment failure from PayLah e.g PayLah app needs to update and the payment process cannot be restarted. Please do fix this app. It's incredibly inconvenient for in store and delivery orders

Ordering have non-issue but auto fill for payment fail big time. Why can't just use a proper web form for filling? This makes it hard to pay using credit card when you have a wallet that can auto fill but end up all field with the same first 4 digits.

It's a relatively easy to use app that does what it's supposed to do. However, some of the functions are just plain broken, auto-filling credit card numbers from google passwords and things like that would not show up correctly. Could do with some improvements Edit: recently, it keeps spamming notifications, 8+9 of them whenever my order is ready. Payment sometimes also doesn't go through, causing delays

Rubbish!!! Try to log in wif my email and my phone number but say it doesn't exist... When try to recreate another account it said the phone no. And email address is already registered and ask me to log in... What the hell??? Back and forth back and forth it still doesn't able to log in... Please be awake and do something about your APP... SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!

Decent for ordering food for takeaway or delivery. However it takes far longer for the restaurant to get the order as compared to the kiosk or counter, making it unsuitable for dining in unless there's a huge crowd. The app also doesn't support saved logins so you have to reenter your credentials everytime. Overall not bad.

Very convenient app for me to place takeaway order in advance (can be even days in advance!) I just need to go to the selected branch at the selected time, skip the q, walk in, grab the prepared food, and leave. (of course need to check in Tracetogether). Sometime got deals/promotions which also can use straight in the app to place order, no need to scan QR at kiosk like md.
