Produce could be better quality and priced in the Kingman store, this department needs to be remodeled and cleaned up. The whole store could use some work and cleaning. Meat department is great. Some of the cashiers are rude, especially the young dark haired girl with all the tattoos. She talks to you like she is doing you a favor. Walmart, Safeway, & Smiths have better selections and their employees are much more pleasant and their stores are cleaner

The only reason I downloaded this app was because the store told me I could load and pull up my thank you card eliminating the need to carry one. I was excited when it asked me for my card number but when I got I to the app the card is no where to be found.

How frustrating! Loved the concept of being able to have my grocery list for my favorite store right on my phone. I can choose Bashas rewards and sale items as well as my own items. But the execution is disappointing! Twice it has wiped out my entire grocery list. Third time will NOT happen. Deleting this app!!

Pretty useless - seems I can't access weekly ad more than I can! Not as bad as Fry's, but not as good as it used to be.

This is a waste of good data space. Can't use any in store look up or anything else. Needs work. Lots of work.
