Initially app was working proper, I had stopped using for few days and after some time when I tried to reset by using my email, I am unable to receive reset link in my mail. I have done resetting several times & even for many days but even then I didnt received a single reply from your end. Why this is happening? Is your customer service is that bad? I am waiting for your quick reply.

Initially, when Trin Trin was launched, we were happy to see the eco-friendly changes occurring in Mysore but the services are very bad and pathetic. The card doesn't work. Every time you have to call up service center to get the cycle. Most of the time, the reply is... "Go to the next docking station". If that was the case, why would we opt for Trin Trin. We would have used our cycle which is lying in one corner of our house. Please improve your network services and hope it would be easy using the cycles.

Good service eco friendly and worth for money. Sometimes its unable to unlock the cycle, it shows under maintenance and I have to call the helpline to get cycle please resolve this problem every time I can't call. And please build more docking stations all over the city which increases the number of users.

excellent service, I am most benefited by it. my only request is often I face difficulty in taking a cycle due to card recognition issues and I end up calling customer care. they do an excellent job, overall it's a great service

U guys can add a feedback option so that we can write our feedback n review of our ride. This will help u to track which ride locations have good response and also where improvement is needed. I hope this comment will bring some change in advancement in app functioning.
