This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Great Hikes App on PC Windows and Mac.

Is this ever cool?! Love how the maps work offline and have so much information built-in. Video of the road are helpful while plann it ng to get a good understanding of the terrain too. By far the best thing I've found for New Zealand's Great Walks. Using on my Samsung S10e

Nice app. Looks pretty slick, but needs to include much more content. Would be good if it had local walks as well.

I stumbled across this app and think that someone has done a fantastic job. The openstreet map sometimes has performance issues. Generally its a must have app for the Great Walks. Aimed at offline use after download! thanks.

The Great Walks are the premier walking tracks around New Zealand through some of the best scenery in the country. Huts and tracks on the Great Walks are of a high standard and popular with local and international visitors.
