This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing My Smitch on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Bogus light. Goes to pairing mode ever few days. Am tired of configuring it every few days. Nothing helps .. when you need light you switch on and then it goes on blinking mode shootijg multiple lights like disco . Okay you configure it witj your wifi n mobil n then it works fine again for 2or 3 days again goes out of sync n starts blinking multi disco lights like it comes to pairing mode. Disappointed 😞

The smart bulb was not working properly. After powered on, bulb brightness automatically increases and decreases. Also color also automatically changed from yellow to white and vice versa. Device was configured with a phone via Wifi with a smitch application. Then I addressed the above with snitch customer service, got excellent support from them. Actually no problem with the bulb, after reconfigure the bulb, it's perfectly working. Morethan 20 min via phone customer service provided solution.

Timer . . ?? .. Timer would be great in light bulbs. Thankyou. Non-router usage have privacy issues, do the needful. Improve the offline mode with fixed colours and intensity. Even skipping sign in/up process. I have noticed it flickering today at low intensity.

Takes to long to detect the device. Plus, it's very slow while toggling between the different effects. Not really smart!

Useless lights. Frequent connection drops. Keeps blinking randomly which is damaging to eyes. This blinking occurs even when configured directly via mobile. No firmware updates from years. Better to avoid this startup .

Amazing app.....work smoothly...i want you to add 1 more feature which is (On and off from home screen) widget. So we don't need to start app every now and then.
