The product and the app work great! I struggled at first because I didnt create a room to assign the blinds. It works great now. Gradualy tilt with sunrise/sunset works. The app is fairly intuitive. Only problem im having is the firmware update isnt working. But the 1.9 star Google Play rating is rediculous!

While the motors were easy to install, and I had no issues with initial setup, the system really needs the WiFi bridge for best results, even with one blind as the motor is just Bluetooth . Forget about Google Home integration as the link can't be found and support is clueless. Alexa is okay but wordy as you have to say "tell MySmartBlinds to open " but at least it works. SmartThings integration needs an advanced user. Schedule work great, but auto temperature would be better with numbers

I really wish this worked well but I am having problem after problem. When I try to click "set location" it glitches and cancels. When I try to add a bridge it says its added in the app but then can't find it after that. These guys are so close to having a product that works but they're still short.

The system keeps on updating its firmware resulting in it being non-operational. No technical support received after numerous attempts.

Quit working on my phone after a few months and wont reset or restart. Tried everything but the arrow just spins round and round. Quit expensive for having blinds I can no longer use.

Worked for about a month and will no longer connect. I have tried Apple and Android phones. I had planned on doing the whole house but I think I am over it now.
