Never had a problem with the Monitor app. Since updatewas completed to accommodate users of the HV EPIC- 2, it no longer works with my HV Epic. Support team was notified ans a "ticket" was registered to inform the developers of the app, in the hopes of a quick resolution. Everytime this company updates something, it upsets other functions. I wonder if they do any realtime testing before releasing updates

I've been using this app for a few years and it WAS great. Then I upgraded to a Samsung S10 phone and I could no longer get messages, but I could still open the app and see the high-level graphics to see what was going on. Now suddenly I am again getting messages on my phone telling me what attention the machine needs, but now when I open the app, nothing displays. So the developers fixed one problem and broke the other one. Come on guys get it together!

Worked perfectly until they updated/fixed it. Now it doesn't work at all. My Samsung S8 still has the MySewMonitor app; I even tried re-installing. It simply won't recognize my machine anymore. FRUSTRATING!
