The "RealTime" SUCKS!!! It does not represent when the bus will actually arrive! The map is very helpful, if I can keep it from automatically zooming in. Then it won't let me zoom out, no matter how many times I squeeze my fingers together!!! The only thing that it has no way of doing is get the driver to be on time! (It would be nice to be able to tell how many bikes are on the bike rack, but that's asking for too much, I know!)

This app is terrible. It says "real time" but that is only based on if the bus is actually running as it is scheduled. If not it doesn't give accurate times. The app needs to also inform riders when a bus has broken down. It is very inconvenient for one to be waiting when they are scheduled to and the bus has broken down with no notification what's so ever. Which then doesn't allow the person to make accommodations. This makes the Broward county transit unreliable for paying patrons.

You're better off using the mobile site. After using the mobile site (simply found by searching "my ride bct on your browser) which has been incredibly helpful and accurate, I decided that I'd download the app and figured it would be quicker and more convenient. Unfortunately, the app needs a lot of work. The scheduled times given are innacurate and slow to update.

Its impossible to use. The rectical thing is so broken. Keeps bring up random bus routes and is increbibly slow. I just want to select the bus and see the route and all the buses on it in real time. The schedual selection is broken it took up the whole screen and still gets effected by the broken rectical thing. Then I can't minimize it. I HAVE TO QUITE OUT TO SEE THE MAP AGAIN.

This app was bang on when we used it for bus ETA's on the number 11 route Bus drivers were friendly and helpful for us rookie riders! $5 day pass is a great bargain. The only confusion was learning to use west route when we actually wanted to go north and east route for southbound on Ocean Blvd. . it would be nice if the website let you know exact change is required and day passes are available from driver. I was not able to check ETA using the bus stop ID # only by GPS-may be more to learn

Its a great app. to have when using public transit. The past few days it has not been working right.
