Terrible security - very inefficient system in preventing scams and the so called protection policy seems useless. Very limited options for listing rents, unclear status tags. E.g. once listings are up, it has to be deleted and doesn't have other options such as 'unavailable' or 'draft'. Why would I recommend such an app to my friends? Not only that, the support team is pretty slow in responding (the chat system seems to have some problems, like newest messages not appearing properly), and etc.

Perfect nest for scammers. So basically, what happened was I rented out a spare phone but it got stolen instead. I contacted the support team and was told because the transaction didn't go through, they can't be responsible. However, it was their poor word choice that led to the entire incident. Made police report but police wouldn't do anything. Despite giving clear evidences of what happened. Think twice before using this platform. Scammers rejoice. Renters beware.

Verification process is quick and hassle free. Initially, it detected that this service isn't available in my country yet (TPG) but all is well now after I switched to StarHub.

This looks like it would be great, and that it is only available in Singapore is fair that it's their local app, but I had to dig through the reviews to find out that it wasn't available outside of Singapore. Please list your locations if the service isn't global.

Great concept, neat and easy to use interface! We can finally make a better use of things we have at home. A great idea to save a lot of money!

Amazing and useful application with a neat and intuitive interface. Good way to earn an extra buck for items idling in your house and for renting seasonal items :)
