Horrible Customer Service. Poor communication. Not very responsive. Don't expect them to do anything if you have an issue with the app not working correctly. Unable to see any live timing results.

When i 1st got the app i paid 7.99 for it so i could see the live timing.. Wouldnt let me use it. It automatic renewed my subscription and it still wont let me use the live timing. I have updated the app still dont work says i have to upgrade. Why do i have to upgrade when i already paid for it.
