This app has been great I appreciate the security question they put in place to verify who I am and if I have been to which clinic's and do on... They are easy to navigate and I get my lab results sooner and I know ahead of time what to expect... Thank you MyQuest...So far so good keep up the great app...

Utter dogshit. The app, and the web portal as well, require you to answer security questions to set or alter your information. However, the questions are computer generated, which is to say completely worthless even if they do work, which for me they did not. Just a series of addresses, companies and etc that I have never been to with, and when I selected the "not associated with" option, appropriately, for every single one it failed the verification. Repeat until locked out for 36 hours.

I have a Galaxy S9 and I have tried reinstalling the app a couple of times already. I can't type in the username/password fields, the "sign in" and "new user" buttons are not responding either, the only functional things seem to be the check box for "Remember Me" and the "info" button on top right. This is without a doubt the most unresponsive app I've ever seen, I managed to create my account using the website, I would highly recommend doing that instead of using the app.

Awful. This is app feels like it was made 15 years ago. Set-up is clunky--they force you to scroll through the 50 states in the sign up section, rather than allowing you to type your state in. It is the same for the year you're born. After you're logged in and ready to view your test results, you're given some hyper vague security questions, and you only get one chance to answer them correctly--just one. Then you have to call, and what was even the point of the app in the first place?

Getting an appointment in a time that I need it is impossible! And "walk-ins"? Forget it!! You'll be there until the next ice age. (I know, I tried waiting over 2 hours.) Can't give Quest a zero -- or I would have.

This app is whats been missing in health care. It takes all test done since 2010 and charts them all using line graphs to show any changes. It isnt just a number from the lab that doesnt make sense to you anymore. Honestly, I feel if all Drs used this app to see all the past and current data charted from your test results...people would be getting the help they need and deserve.
