It's been an experience for sure. I've had two because the first one messed up. This second one lasted two days and now it's hung in one spot for seven hours. If you have to constantly have the signal hit every few days it really don't help tracking someone. I emailed and this time they haven't answered which is one thing they did pretty good about . So disappointed.
