Terrible use of coupon. Tnc states can have 5 coupons stacked together, but staff at shop insist can't. If you're not ready to roll out or train staff, don't do it. Overpriced items without coupons. In-app don't allow feedback to be submitted.

Stupid registration method. When you have to put in your birthdate, you got to tap a few hundred times to get to the month and year of your birth if you are born say 1955. I gave up n refuse to register.

Customer service support is slow. User unable to delete save credit card, still not getting solution after 2 days. Mynews need to make this a better and friendly ewallet

Previously mistakenly thought the cash exchange did not work. If you would like to save some money this app is good. Especially their 1st and 15th day 10% cash and 5 x points. Taking into consideration that if the store has the staffs you use or buy frequently. But on the other hand their customer service sucks. No reply at all for enquiries or looking for assistance.
