App depends on MyChart that is now broken. MyChart sends a message that an update is needed, but there is no path to update. Uninstalling MyChart and reinstalling does not fix the problem. Now cannot access messages or appointments on this app.

I am at two different hospital that use the same app portal. I can only see one. How do I view the other clinics information?

States I need to update yet unable to update due to no option given. THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT YOUR PATIENTS THAT PAY YOU MILLIONS OF DOLLARS FOR TREATMENT! ONE DOSE OF CHEMO COST OVER $10,000 AND I'VE BEEN TAKING CHEMO SINCE 2013 THERE! Not having this makes checking my appointment times and dates harder.

MD Anderson Mobile is a free, easy-to use application for patients, caregivers and visitors of The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.

The application connects patients to features of our online portal, myChart, so you can manage your care on the go. With the app, you can:
· Send secure messages to your healthcare team
· Check your appointments or request a cancellation
· Access your personal health record
· Complete Questionnaires prior to appointment visits.
· View medical statements, balance due and make payments.

• Step-by-step directions to help you get to and from appointments or meetings
