Teknis pemesanan dan tawar menawar hanya dapat dilakukan melalui Aplikasi langsung antara penjual dan pembeli segala bentuk kesepakatan dilakukan antara kedua belah pihak tanpa campur tangan Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kota Banjarmasin) waktu pelayanan dilakukan mulai jam 08.00 s/d 15.00 WITA (Bisa saja dilakukan di luar jam tersebut tergantung kesepakatan) dan kualitas barang yang dijual merupakan tanggung jawab pedagang/penjual. Jika, pembeli merasa dirugikan oleh pedagang, bisa saja pembeli tersebut melaporkannya kepada layanan pengaduan yang sudah Dinas siapkan, begitupun sebaliknya.
