Your prices are high .. I just put in the same trip in your app, lyft, and prestige car service .. your app almost $10 higher .. You're definitely not competitive. App deleted and never using your services.

Stay away, stay FAR away! App has literally cost me hundreds of dollars. Placed orders with local shops, supposed to work for deliveries, app says "oops try again later" costumer support says "sorry, we can't help you, we have no tech team right now". Completely unreliable, wasteful and useless. Do yourself a favor, don't download this app and forget you ever saw it. Otherwise you'll get shafted like I have.

This is a time waster. Tried 4 separate time to 2 different locations. Drivers either fail to show up, or simply cancel rides (or call you to cancel the ride for you). Worst part is that when they cancel, the app doesn't automatically notify you nor connect you to another driver like Lyft or Uber does, keeping you just waiting while the time passes and then you're late for your scheduled appointment.

Do not use! Not ready for rides, and no way to contact support team. First attempt to use the driver no-showed, said the app didn't list him as assigned, and I still got changed. I'd wait a few months to see if they figure this out or shut down.

Requested a ride early in the morning and when I typed the address it changed both addresses to addresses nearby. And they wouldn't let me change it to the right one. I didn't have my location on but I shouldnt have to. Plus they said they didnt have any rides in the area...what's the point of having an app where a ride isn't always available? Update: I realized a week later i was charged $5 TWICE for a ride I never took. Deleting this app unless these issues are fixed.

I love it! 5 minute eta in brooklyn! Awesome driver too. The people below me probably cant work the App. Also cheaper than Uberx and lyft now that the pools are discontinued. Give it a try. Thank me later!
