Second year using it to track my team. It's not worth a dime for the relay! App said our first runner was paced at 6:03/mile, when the correct time was 11:00/mile. Plus, tracking showed Canal Park area but they were running in the West Market area. Subsequently, the rest of the day each runner was mapped as being somewhere they weren't, with a time that didn't match their actual pace. We tracked 2 half marathon runners we were waiting to cheer on, one accurate, the other not at all!

Updates start off well, but if you are tracking a slower time it stops updating the check points. Thankfully I showed up early or I would have never known when the person I was following made it passed certain mile markers. Not sure if it is a bib tracking issue or if they stopped caring about updates at a certain point. On a positive I knew when the person started and finished. The predictive pace is also subpar.

Buggy with frequent crashes. I just want to track runners, but it crashes when I live track.

The tracking is never accurate. It either needs better technology or better programmers.
