This app is very helpful both to the user and its partners especially during this pandemic. To the founder of this you have my gratitude, this is one hell of an idea. The mobile app have some bugs, like when opening it stay white and does load sometimes. It does not support visual card yet. But the customer support on this one is a hard 5 stars. Great! So convenient and pricing is reasonable! I even got additional help when I couldn't immediately book a driver. Assistant w bike is so helpful, filling a niche courier apps lack. Kuya was very kind too. Looking forward to using this again to save myself a lot of time and effort!

Not sure how to rate this app. It won't accept details for my credit OR debit cards. I prefer cashless transactions to having to keep cash at home. This is my second go around trying to input payment data, and I get no feedback from the app as to my transaction status - accepted, rejected, pending... Edit: thank you for the response! Will definitely give the app a second chance once my financials are looking better.

They have an option to topup via Gcash but then still asks you to add your credit/debit cash just in case the amount is not sufficient. I find it not user friendly if some of the customers are just using GCash.
