Useless, forgets login info between uses, poorly organized, not intuitive or user friendly. Even on Club Med property it is too slow.

Very limited app. Even temperature units can't be changed. At least I haven't find a way.

Inaccuracies in the Cefalu resort section were very frustrating. Water sports closes at 5pm, not 530pm meaning we missed out. No champagne in Delexe Villetta and no continental breakfast in superior room. Both checked with reception- this is old old information (apparently)

Worst app design ever!. Extremely slow to load. Won't keep you logged in. Requires contract number to re-log every single time you open the app, as if anyone remembers or carries that arround with them. This all makes it totally useless, particularly while on the resort. Dont waste the space on your phone. You'll be much better served by just picking up the schedule at the front desk. The designers of this app should be fired. High school kids could do better..

For all the work Club Med goes to ensuring that you have a perfect stay, their app is a mess. Not only is a lot of the information inaccurate and it crashes a lot but the app connects to nothing. We thought we would have a windsurfing lesson only to find out that the app does nothing and that you have to book in person, which was not mentioned within the app. Simple things can be done to improve this app greatly such as room location, bookings and prices, etc. And now it won't even open.

Super terrible app update. I could access my itinerary for the earlier version. Now that I have updated to the latest version, the app could not even launch!?! The app simply auto shutdown. I am departing in two days time and I am not sure if there will be any update to prevent the auto shutdown of the app. I would give this app/ver a NEGATIVE 10 stars if there's such an option.
