Worse app and Worst cust supp team. Talk talk about integrity but are a big time cheater. Actually name should be changed to Wrongstay instead of Rightstay. No way to yield any response from supp once money is deducted from your account. They just act dumb if u call. And chat facility is a deserted place Nobody responds. I got mugged by them.

Horrible experience. They confirmed me the availability and ask me to book a property in Ooty. After the payment I did not receive any confirmation from their side. When I call backed they say that host wants more money. Never ever go with Rightstay. My first experience is such a bad one

Cannot sign in gets stuck at signing in page. And when booked through mmt app no invoice generated and no booking id generated as well although payment is completed and is showing in my trips .

Nothing is stipulated in this app..you will never receive what they show in pictures had a milignant experience . I went to rishikesh and booked room before leaving .they confirmed my booking at that time .after reaching there i got to know that was not my room and place what i booked.I had words with hotelier and he said booking was not confirmed by rightstay and hotel was sold out.i tried to contact rightstay but my booking went to haywire.i had to comeback at same night because of unavalaibilty of rooms due to heavy rush on festivals.so NEVER ever book hotel from RIGHTSTAY.

Please update this app similar to your website.Coupons available there is not showing in app. Ratings of homestays which are seen in website is also not seen in app.

Horrid experience for allappey. They have no say on what the host does and do not even guarantee an alternate. I booked a single room houseboat and paid full amount of 8k during booking. During check-in the host asked for 5k extra and rightstay took his side. Then a mmt rep called up and said they would refund the amount. They left me without a hotel in a new place and haven't yet refunded my money.
