Great app/device (Zappi 2 in my case) but UX is a disaster. Aesthetics: a combination of neon on black & brushed steel make for poor accessibility. Controls are awkward and laggy: text entry fields disappear off the side of the screen & activity is blocked on network traffic. But worse, modes of operation and their presentation. 'Boost' seems to replace 'charge' arbitrarily. Desc. for Eco and Eco+ are identical and opaque. Great hardware fights against frustrating software.

Overall pretty good but I also had the bug when both the EDDI and the ZAPPI had vhub enabled. Trying to change anything on the ZAPPI caused the app to crash and just black screen. Really the app should detect this error and show a message. Thanks to the other user that flagged this I sorted it by disabling vhub on the ZAPPI.

Myenergi products are so well made and work perfectly, BUT this app is terrible. As others said, it finds duplicate and non existing devices and adds automatically. Warning triangles for data loss are constant, and the display % of solar, battery etc do not correspond to the actual devices displays. Sadly does not seem like any progress has been made on fixing any of the issues

Have always found the app very useful and personally have had no issues with it. All I would add is 1) The ability to specify time periods when using the custom option to look at past data. At the moment all you can do is look at specific days in the past, not weeks, months or years. 2) A better level of intigration with 3rd party domestic battery storage.

Absolutely atrocious, nothing works!! Tested on Pixel 6A and Samsung phones. Google single sign on opens an email editor instead of signing on, login and password recovery pages hang indefinitely. Eventually sends a code to the registered email address, there's only one problem with that, though - there's no place in the app to reset the password and therefore nowhere to use the code!!! . The desktop website is even worse, no login options appear at all!! Utter waste of time.

I have a nightmare with updates, and app forgets your details at every opportunity it seems. Constantly figting to get software updates on harvy and Eddie not great for seamless updates, Think twice before buying my energy products it's like a software hardware interface from early 2000's at times, seems a dated methodology compared to new products.
