Horrible Customer Service. I didn't know that I was still subscribed to the app, and for one year never used it. Meanwhile, I got charged 45 euros every month. This cost me a few hundred euros.

My clubs is a great concept however the way they treat customers isvis unprofessional. During coronavirus, while the Swiss authority is asking for social distancing, myclubs was not flexible at all when I asked them to cancel my subscription. Instead they wanted to force me to pay for an extra month whereas I told them several times I wanted to cancel my subscription, because most gyms were closed. They told me to use my credits for YouTube classes which is a total joke...

I asked you to stop my membership 6 months ago as I moved out of the country. Now, the subscription restart without me asking for it, without getting any notification I get charged 45e and can't get a refund, seriously?
