This app is really unitutiuve to use, it does not make it clear that a ride has been booked and is on its way so you accidentally end up booking multiple rides, which all charge to your card. Simple fix would be to only allow you to book a single trip at a time. Be very careful using this app

when you order a taxi, you are connected through a mediator to the driver, which made things unbelievable difficult to manage and delayed everything. i told the operator to cancel the ride, it told me i should do it, so when i did, it was upset about it! i didn't get a taxi after waiting for 20 minutes, and still has to pay for it - complete scam

It is more expensive than normal taxi and you will have to wait 5-10 minutes for the ride but you have great english support and your international VISA / Mastercard actually work which in this day of WeChat / AliPay is not that common in China. You can also schedule ride similar to Uber if you know when your train / plane arrives. Just make sure you have internet connection because sometime exact pickup might change slightly due to heavy traffic.

nice app for what we needed. a couple of clutches with pick up and drop off but support was fantastic. also the drivers were helpful as well. definitely filled our need. a little pricey but not too bad and worth it for the support in english.

ok, don't trust them to go to the airport. the app stops working when you select the airport. I almost missed the flight for their silly app. they ask to press different buttons for the airport, when I did, it just didnt allow me to choose the pickup point. be careful! Those guys do not invest properly in their app and should be out of the market! why should I miss my flight? just because i trusted you! shame on you!

A real blessing of a find after a day in the forbidden city! Not the most intuitive, would be nice to be able to set the destination on the map (rather than just the start, which seems to be the case)

Very easy to use and customer service was very helpful with scheduling cars and confirming destinations. We Love the fact that everything could be paid via the app like Uber/Lift in the US.  No need to get cash from the ATM.
Rates are very reasonable and the vehicles are very new and clean. This is a solid and reliable service and app to use in China. You always know your rate before accepting the ride. When it’s rush hour we give you an opportunity to either wait for economy car or upgrade for quicker pickup. The upgrade was never that much more, so always selected that option. Also love that the rate doesn’t change from when you first accept ride, despite a change in ride time or if driver makes wrong turn. Be ready to use a translator app though, because most drivers will not speak English. But neither does much of Beijing.
This app was a lifesaver while you travelled to Beijing and Shanghai and rural China. Customer service reps communicate with you in English through the App to let you know when the car will be there, where to look out for it, and to deal with any issues. Importantly, it accepts western credit cards.
