A big enhancement on the GPS accuracy and real time update is essential. Passengers cancelling the order as they thought the drivers are not moving despite accepting their order. This is crucial as both drivers and passengers are concern in order to keep the entire process flow is efficient and accurate. Please highly take note on this issue. Thank you.

Day by day my car is becoming very slow. I being a driver I find that I have to wait for hours to get the next job, and even I get a job after waitng for so long, the pick distance will be very far and the fare will be very low. Its difficult to cover cost. I beleive the marketing team is not doing enough to promote the business.

Not efficient location always lost..and we drivers feel screwed up loosing business..lousy app in the universe..compared to grab its first class very efficent

so far i believe it is a good apps for me as a driver..yes i do notice that we are short of customer and the fair is quite low but..i think thats the marketing strategy to attract more passenger..hope that mycar would continue to make a lot of promotion. i still thankfull for this apps for giving me the oppurtunity to become a driver. it helps a lot .believe me.
