Good for storing your photos. But I can't download them.

I initially gave this 3 stars, after using the app and webpage for a week, I gotta say it's an amazing product. The android app as well as the iPhone app are best-in-class: amazingly easy to upload photos and create albums. What really did the trick for me though is the website: what an amazing web interface! Rare to get both, great app and web. IMPROVEMENTS: (i) pls introduce two-factor athentication for the web login! Want my photos kept safe! (Ii) Also pls add password to album links!!

The presentation was challenging. I didn't know that the speakers comments would not show on the presentation itself and so I had to copy each comment to the presentation itself, which took a lot of time. What really got on my nerves was that I have tried time and again to share my presentation with others and all they got was an invitation to edit the presentation. I don't want them to edit my work at all! I want my friends to see the final presentation. I am sure there is a way, only it is not transparent not only for people like me, who don't know a lot about computers, but also for my son who has a degree in computer engineering. Isn't this program made mostly for people like me?

Impossible to use. Constantly crushing. If not crushed (which a happy accident for this app) one photo downloads for 2-3 minutes! Then crashs again. O, and so to say "smart algorithms" does horrible job to lay out albums. Not sure if there is easy way to do it manually, because... see above, this app is nothing but a huge error message.

It doesn't work

App feels clunky. There are no captions or notes for the photos, which makes it not ideal for compiling a digital album of old print photos. Tags do not allow for spaces or symbols of any kind so one cannot even tag the dates the photos were taken.
