I feel the sameway that many of thiese reviews Im reading .Between being lied to during the installation time about what the contract consist of and options I am totally dissatified with service and equipment. No wonder they put you in a 3 yr contract I would have stopped the first 6 mths. I dont feel safe and Im a senior living alone and system does not work.

RIDICULOUS Couldn't remember my password tried to change it and it would say password invalid, tried again to change and again invalid. What the heck why can't I change my password using my phone. Worthless app HATE IT

Over priced services and cheap equipment and they lock you into a contract for ever it seems, would recommend looking else where for your security needs.

$4,000. system (Without one single camera) and it works like trash. Constantly calling them because stuff stops working!! Don't bother buying anything from them, it's definitely not worth the ridiculous amount of money they charge including the $300. for each blurry camera!!!!!

You need to do better with your system. My driveway camera continues to not connect. I'm trying to Log-in and it keeps telling something went wrong try again later.

If you want to get stole from a very poor equipment and unfair contracts get adt security service. This is the most thief company to me next to att. You probably have idea what i'm talking about. So if you want to save headaches put adt right next to att black list.
