Unbelievable. Can't even get through the registration page. It's a terrible shame that a company as big ADT can't even get tools that would make the customer experience seamless and this is not the first time. There are honestly better companies out there without all the big ad campaigns that provide exceptional service and outstanding tools for the customer. We are absolutely sure that we will not use ADT ever again. ADT read these customer reviews and get a clue...........

Won't accept two different VALID email addresses. Can't register because it won't believe my email address is valid. Used a Gmail and my isp email address. Both valid formats and both active. You'd think they'd fix an error that happens to so many people. It sure don't give me much confidence in ADT!

Have been using the app for a long time. Now, it won't allow me to login. Just says unexpected error, try again later. I have been trying for 2 days. Even uninstalled the app... Restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app. I'm having to go to the website to see my alarm activity for my business. Glad I'm cancelling this service as of Nov 1st. We've not had the best service from ADT in 5.5 years. Sorry, but I think they are too big for our britches.

Been using it for 2 years. Now can't login and doesn't accept Gmail address. Called adt and was told that this was not necessary and that they did not have techs to fix one complaint. They need to read this. There are thousands having the same problem. Maybe we need to go to a company that does care.

Won't sign in from app but works fine on pc. Message says an unexpected error happened please try again later. Please fix just got my system and this is making me feel a little nervous about there systems.

Used mobile camera (5 cameras) for years. Stopped working. Technician came out n could not get it operational. Called before storm for another more qualified technician. Told I would be called back. Still have not heard. Willing to pay for help.
