HOW TO SET HOME SCREEN LIKE IMAGE

Its very easy.
Install Curved Triangle Icon Pack and apply the icons.
Nova settings--> dock --> disable dock.
Nova settings--> desktop--> icon layout--> set icon size as your wish.
Download Seven time widget app and set it as your wish.
Drag useful apps to home screen and set them as your wish.
For applying wallpapers, download the app "My Wallpapers" from my play store page (its free) and i upload it on play store specially for my icon pack users.
