Paid for the app since the one review stating that exporting the cropped video worked was an lg g3. It didn't work. Sent email to support. No response. No response to these comments either. Found a live chat on their website. Useless. Clueless. Opened a trouble ticket. Thanks for nothing you lazy fuks. Enjoy my dollar I wasted on the app.

Can't export. No way to change to a portrait video so all distorted. This app has no menu, no help and no point. It is total rubbish. No wonder the free version is not available anymore as hif anyone tried it first they would not pay even the 99p for this rubbish.

Had very high hopes for this app, it promises a great deal. Been looping for a while and this is the only app I've found that will do this! Interface is very poor, though within the app all appears to work. I've been unable to save/export a reframed video! If only this was a bit more like Re-Action, which seems to work really well. Without being able to save/export there's absolutely no point at all!!!

Used to be brilliant, now crops a totally different area to the one selected, developers don't seem to be able to fix it. Not good enough for a paid app

Why when I edit a video does this export with the colours all blocky, flat red and bright bright tones. I've tried using both export options and no different. I've not asked for a refund in hope I get some customer support to resolve this as if like to use this feature..

Saved just fine for me. I'm basically an app idiot, and even I was able to figure it out, though it's not immediately obvious how to do it. (you have to click "share" to your camera). Still trying to figure out how to move the frame within a video. If I can figure that out (if it's even possible) and if I could make the frame different sizes, I'd give you 5 stars.
