Very bad cancellation process. Even if you cancel the flights directly with the airlines, Musafir doesn't refund the complete amount. They charged me 2 kinds of convenience fees on top of what I received from airlines even when I didn't use their service for the cancellation process. So, I ended getting up mugged up half of my refund amount

Slow for getting a visa. I applied for a visiting visa and it took 4 complete working days to make it. This is the fourth day and I'm still waiting. Whereas the other travels like ATS didn't took more than 2 days. Poor service.

very bad experience from musafir care,this app not displaying luggage
information and i booked airindia express normally 30kg. but musafir offer
20kg only i raised complaint they just regret no solution....,

Exploring holidays is extremely difficult since you can go back, instead it
takes you to the app home and then you need to reopen the holidays
section... Very annoying

Very easy and fast booking I love it. And good services for Costomer. This Costomer Care are very good and help us and guide rule and if we cancle tickets than easy refund no more time so I gives this 5 star rating.....

Very slow service. It took them about 30days to process my Malaysian and Singaporian Visa. Normally its supposed to take about 5 days!
