I already have a Multicare/Rockwood account. I access it frequently so thought having a downloaded app would save me time. Wrong!! It doesn't recognize my user I'd it password!!

Made an appointment online at 545am. Still waiting for a call from a doctor at 740am. App indicates we are first in line. Giving up and going to urgent care as they are now open.

It was making me choose a pharmacy that I didn't use. I tried to pick Walgreens from the map but didn't recognize it as a pharmacy
