In the case of no nearby taxis, the App will inform you of this and give you the option to book a taxi in advance for later.

With ALTaxi you can also directly make your advance taxi reservation for Madrid and any point of the APC, when you go to make your reservation touch the calendar drawing with your finger, you will have the option to indicate exactly what day and what time you want to have at the door your cab.


How does it work?

· Download the App for free.

· Create your ALTaxi account and log in.

· You will automatically be geo localized in the map of your App for taxis of your mobile device.

Quick option:

· Click on the button "order here"

· Press the "confirm order" button

And you will already have the data of your taxi assigned and on the way.

Less rapid option:

· Click on the button "order here"

· By pressing the "add destination" button you can enter it.

· By clicking on the "message" button you can write in your taxi reservation a note with the appropriate indications or requirements so that drivers can see the type of taxi service you require and know if they are suitable to carry it out.
 
· By clicking on the button with the "portfolio" drawing you can select your payment method from 3 options:

1 cash

2 card payment through dataphone.

3 register your card in your App account and you can pay directly from your mobile phone without carrying cash or physical cards with you.

· By pressing the button with the "calendar" drawing you can enter exactly the day and time you want your taxi on the door.

· Click on the button "confirm order" and you will have created your taxi reservation, when you have an assigned driver you will get the information of your taxi once the taxi driver begins the order.
