I have used this app for over 10 years, during this time it changed names and layouts. It was easy to navigate and I always found an interesting recipe to try. I loved how the recipes were also uploaded by home cooks!!! NOW, i am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this app! Now I have to pay a monthly fee to get THE BEST SEARCH RESULTS! It's time to find a new recipe app, I shouldn't have to pay to get the best results.

All of my bookmarks are still in place but all my saved recipes that I entered myself are gone. The titles are still in place but the ingredients and instructions have been deleted, seemingly never to be found again. This is extremely frustrating as some of these I tweaked and it took me a while to build what I was looking for. Now they're gone. 😥

This Cookpad is supercool and very easy for me to use. I have made several recipes. When I am in town and decide to make something I just open the app look for the recipe and buy the ingredients that I know I do not have in the house. Very convenient.

Subscription instead of purchase? Uninstalled and replaced with Paprika Recipe Manager and Recipe Keeper, which can be bought instead of rented. | The developers' aliteration of the disadvantages of advertising or data sellout to finance 'free' software barks up the wrong tree, because nobody asked to get anything for free. The point they intentionally miss is that millions of companies or craftsmen around the world thrive by selling their products instead of demanding a salary from customers.

I was on this app just about everyday when I was younger. I hadn't been on it in several years until recently. I think it's ridiculous to charge a premium in order for me to look at the older recipes I have saved even with a free month. It seems like they're following in every other company's footsteps. Yeah you got to make money somehow but to charge to see recipes, save more than 60 recipes, see older ones, etc. I don't think it's worth it.

This app is super helpful. It makes life so much easier, especilly with a busy lifestyle and close to payday, when the cupboards - I can make something special with minimum ingredients.
