MTR Points

Introducing the brand new “MTR Points” on MTR Mobile, which allows you to easily earn points from daily travel, or while spending in MTR Malls and Station Shops, buying any MTR souvenirs or tickets via MTR Mobile. Accumulated points can be redeemed for free rides and other rewards.

The upgraded MTR Mobile is an integrated information platform that enriches your daily life by providing a variety of content, including lifestyle, technology and tasty treats, along with a variety of different discount offers and benefits.

From now till 31 March 2024, become a new registered user of MTR Mobile to earn 30 MTR Points for every $1 spent on MTR rides during the first 31 days from the day of registration, allowing redemption of $10 fare discount for every $100 spent on MTR rides! Terms and conditions applied.

App Permissions

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
