Wow.. tried using this app. And it was a major fail. Booked a ride to the airport in advance. 15 minutes after I was supposed to be picked up I called to check when they will arrive... they told me they couldn't find me a driver.... can't believe they did not call or send me a notification. Then I downloaded uber and was picked up in less than 10 minutes. With out uber I would have missed my flight...

App is great but this had to be judged on Yellow Cab customer service as well. It was a big fail even with the advanced booking. They didn't advise trouble finding a driver for me until I called 5 minutes before the designated pickup time to confirm. I reinstalled the Uber app from years ago, and 4 minutes later I'm picked up and dropped off on time with a reasonable rate and a personable driver.

Probably the worst app I have used so far. Gets suck in a registration loop, asks for payment info without even being successfully logged in. Says account created, then app crashes. Reopening the app and trying to log into the account created says invalid login info. Wasted half an hour just trying to log in, and then finally gave up.

horrible app couldn not do anything, not even sign in after registering which took 5 tries Update 1/8/20 Fu*k this app, doesn't fuc*ing work. Cannot even send a stupid verification text when trying to make an account. NO DAMN STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SUCKS DIK!!!

The Yellow Cab platform located on the Google Playstore App. has been a real time saver for me when preparing for the tasks for any given day while on a re-striked schedule ahead of the bustling Seattle Metropolitian area since January 2019 w/ grid-lock trafic @ unpredictable times lately, that also shows via GPS where that cab you have been assigned is specifically located between points A/B.TheRealInternetMan😎

Couldn't register. Keeps telling me to enter confirmation code, but never sends code. Checked all the places they made me enter--email, text, even spam--no code. I wanted to use a taxi rather than rideshare. I guess this is why people use rideshares.
