Your app sucks!!! It keeps saying no internet service. I just used three app last night. Even turn I haff to uninstall and reinstall and reregister under a different name just to get it to work. Sucks!!!!!!

Feel bad for the yellowcab drivers loosing to Uber/Lyft but the wait time for Yellowcab is BAD. I have used yellowcab since 2013 and let me tell you the wait times can be up to to an hour and a half then to top it off the booking will cancel on it owns if without letting you know so yellowcab is NOT a good form of transportation if you wanna make sure you'll get there on time

I booked for a cab....claimed 25 minute wait time...an hour later dispatch calls me saying they're still looking for a cab to pick me up. I waited an hour stranded in 90 degree heat then after dispatch called me I waited an additional 30 mins before deciding to walk 5 miles home. I was probably 1/4 mile from home when one finally called me. This service is total garbage and I live in The Woodlands, where taxi service is typical. I think I will try Uber to get to work tonight.
