Car shows up, so I guess it's worth a couple stars. What else can you say about this app? Nothing shows on the map, cannot back up a step without cancelling your booking, no idea if they are on their way, estimated arrival time isn't even close, when app opens its got your last booking still up on the screen. This is app development on the cheap, whatever or whoever they are paying for this should not be in app development.

I have had repeated bad experiences with this app. It seems to always show as "searching" for a cab, even if a cab is on its way, leading me to miss my taxi or cancel. And despite the fact that it says 'book now, ETA 5 min' everytime you open it, the last two times I have used it I have waited over 25 minutes for a taxi and have ended up having to call the company to get one to come. I think it could be improved by showing where you are in line, so you have some idea when to expect a pick up.

tried to sign up for the app and i never got their "SMS verification" then I called them and it took 15 minutes to get someone on the phone. THEN after 40 minutes the cab never arrived. so of you're thinking about trying them out, just save your time and don't. if I could give minus stars as a rating I would.

This app once worked real well, now it's just garbage. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I need to use it because it pops up saying it sent me an SMS pin which never actually happens. The only way to make it work is to reinstall it to bring it to the main screen to order a cab. Like I said, it once worked real well. Now its just a pain.

Where do I start! The app is buggy and won't log me in sometimes. The mobile operators are even worse, they seem very reluctant to help nearly all the times I've called, or just given me attitude. There is also that time a friend of mine left her phone in one of the taxis, and nobody knew where it went even though it shows on the Iphone app that the taxi was the last location it was visible. Still haven't found it. Terrible, app, terrible operators, shady drivers! Would give 0 stars if I could

most of the time the car shows up. but the app never gives any indication that the reservation has been accepted and a car is on the way. it often just says searching... then a car appears. another issue is no matter what size car I request a Prius shows up. 4 bags and family arent fitting.
