Update 6/2/21... Still no response. The email listed immediately came back as undeliverable. Calling my HCP to see if they even still use the service. Used to work. Now login recycles back to login page after entering info. Uninstalled the app 5 times now. Still does not allow for login. Online page doesn't work either. Edit....still no change to being able to log in. Also the website does not appear to work either. I have gotten my records in the past. Will ask my provider to change services.

Aw. Ful. 1. Does not quit properly, whether you log out or just close the app; it relaunches continuously until you go into its app settings under Settings/App and Force Quit. 2. Voice recognition (voice-to-text) is a complete 🍕 🚢. 3. QA should have caught these even if Dev didn't. Sloppy, people. 4. Notifications don't appear via badge icon even though that's enabled. 5. Azz-uglee UI. It's usable though, so I'll give you that.

For the life of me I don't understand why zero stars is not an option! Another point of short-sightedness on the part of Google! There should be a sixth symbol which is a circle with a red x through it meaning that this did not qualify for a star rating! Horrible app! Sends my messages to my doctor as black boxes with no text! It was really great having to wait on that necessary prescription refill until my healthcare provider and I figured out that the problem was talkPHR! ಠ︵ಠ

Unable to upload any document types to my records or attach them in messages on Android app. "User Guide" shows a description of each part of the app but nothing about troubleshooting. Apple users can upload documents but not Android?
