Image Blur app is a great and simple tool to create DSLR blur effect for your favorite Photos!
You can create great bokeh effect by your finger and touch itself! Touch on unwanted part of your photo that you want to blur and keep your special part focused on.

There are two modes to choose:
- Blur mode : The Blur mode is very easy and efficient to make focusing effect.
- Clear mode : The Clear mode is the simplest way to clear the unwanted blur effects you applied on important part of photo.
