Mr D add no value. They refuse to ever check orders and less than 50% of orders are correct. They also send notifications that the restaurant accepted an order, but then an hour later, 20mins after the order is meant to be delivered, they say the order has been canceled, at which point it is too late to order again. This has happened at least 3 times in the last year.

Mr D food deserves my honest opinion. This is the best food delivery service ever! I've had a few bad experiences with other delivery services and their apps but never ever with MrD. Best service, very easy to use app, you know where your food is from the restaurant until it arrives to your door and always great delivery staff and a standard cost efficient delivery fee. I've never ever had a bad experience with the Mr D food app or the service. SA's best in my opinion. I won't use any other app.

Haven't been able to order for the last 2 weeks. Every time I try to check out I get an error saying "We can't process this order right now: (... Delivery no longer available " Have cleared the cache, cleared the app data, reinstalled the app and still get the same error.

Ordering food for delivery is going to become a regular thing if it always goes this smoothly. Edit: As predicted, with deliveries going this smoothly I've been ordering takeout on the app. Can't remember the last time I picked it up myself. Thank you for the service. It's a great time saver and very convenient.

I advice not to use the app there something wrong woth it typedd in my address and they took it to a completely diffrent address , due to miscomunication through the app and tried to call them but keeps on going to customer service and i can't get through to someone to speak rather go to uber ears more reliable

Updated on 26/06/2021 and app now won't process a credit card. Flashes a brief message along the lines of "processing" when I hit pay then does nothing further on payment screen. If I hit pay again I get asked for an OTP that is never sent. I've cleared cache and reinstalled with no change. A food ordering app that can't take a payment is utterly and completely useless. Edited: In reply to this review Mr D told me: - the bank should send the OTP. Seconds after I had these problems a different app invoked an OTP successfully, so the bank systems seem fine. - to please send a screenshot of the error: I'm the customer not your QA department. - I didn't take a screenshot and am certainly not about to make another purchase to get a screenshot of an OTP input block. I'll note when I clicked to resend the OTP some JSON data was displayed on screen along with the OTP input blocks, which is clearly a further bug.
